Valerie Liccone, President of Vital Business Link, has been recruiting more than twenty years. Before entering the search industry in 1998, she spent most of her career working at the corporate level as a Human Resource Consultant. She supported her clients by developing, delivering, and managing various programs designed to meet their needs. Her expertise lies in the areas of employment and staffing. This knowledge and experience has been a key factor in understanding the needs of her clients and candidates, in order to achieve a successful match. Her experience of twenty-five years working as a consultant was recruiting health care professionals in Health Information Management, Patient Financial Services, Case Management and licensed insurance professionals.
